Matrimonially

A year ago today, my oldest nephew got married.  Lovely memories.

I wasn't the official photographer, but I still had a great time taking pictures.  These are a few of my favorites.

My bestie brought over some pictures from her younger years.  This was at a sister's wedding.  Her husband sure is wearing a million-dollar smile!  She told me that the bridesmaids made their own dresses.

I got a new computer today.  While I let it plow through all the data it needs to update, I used my phone to take today's blog pic.

I took my first formal photography class in college.  This image was part of my third class project, 1989.

My prof wanted me to "activate all edges of the frame", so I experimented with several different shots.  There were no digital cameras back then, and I didn't even have a flash for my (first) SLR camera, but it worked out well for grandpa's shaking finger of mock disapproval.
