Memories

After seeing the former pics of my mom's cousin when she was younger, I decided to blog this one too.  This was the last time they were together in person, back in the summer of 2005.

Grandiosely

I wanted to go for a drive this evening, so I did my favorite circuit – Hastings, Red Wing and Cannon Falls.  This imposing mansion was in Red Wing.

Tenty

 Lazy Daisy with a wide eye for the mamarazzi.   

I'd never heard of the word "tenty" before, since it's probably limited to Scotland, but the definition is very appropriate for Miss Daisy.  Definition courtesy of Merriam-Webster's unabridged dictionary. Well worth the small annual fee I pay to learn new words like "tenty."
