Spontaneously

 I love this pic of my grandma and her two sisters.  

Most formal pictures from the past don't show people smiling because camera exposures were very long back then and smiles could cause more blurring in the picture.  

But this candid shot of my grandma with her head tipped back and smiling from ear to ear makes me happy. 

This picture probably wasn't too long before she died.  She looks close in age to pictures of her taken two months before she died of cancer at age 53.

I wish I could have met her.

Formality

 Mom is standing very rigid and formal in this pic, but at least she has a big smile on her face.  I love this family photo.

There's some cute overload right there.  Same kids from previous pictures this past week and now we know there are two puppies instead of one.
