Ternary

Three seasons in one image: summer flowers, autumn leaves, and winter snow.  

The flowers are so pretty that I had to research what kind of plant it is.  And of course, it is a weed.  Linaria vulgaris, otherwise known as "Butter and Eggs" or "Yellow Toadflax."  But I still think it's pretty.  And it's hardy enough to withstand some winter weather.

Oppositionary

 Autumn and winter have been warring with each other for the past week. 

Artfully

 It was a beautiful day today and since I had the day off, I forced myself to get out and enjoy it a little bit.  

Gratifyingly

 Romeo was so excited to be sitting with daddy, even though daddy apparently got rained on.  As seen in 2017.

Halfheartedly

 When I walked out to my truck earlier this week, it looked like it had gotten all blinged-up for autumn, but halfheartedly, like I would do if I was getting blinged-up for whatever.
