City
This downtown-backed chair was at Minneapolis City Hall in the mayor's office. I don't know where he got it, but it was very nicely done.

Elaborately
Minneapolis City Hall feels more like a museum than a government building. The intricate details are amazing. As seen during Doors Open Minneapolis.

Confidently
Because you have to be confident to relax naked in the rotunda of Minneapolis City Hall.
The 7 ton "Father of Waters" statue was carved out of a single 44 ton block of Italian marble. New Orleans commissioned it, but when they came up short on funds, 12 Minneapolis citizens and a local newspaper came up with the dough (estimated at the bargain basement price of $40k) and donated the statue to the city in 1904.
For more information, you can check out their brochure.
