Spectacularly

It's hard to tell where the snow ends and the sky begins in this image.  That sky is amazing!  I'm so glad I stopped at the park last Thursday.

Saw this snowman chillin' on a submerged park bench during my walkabout. 

I like the sense of humor of whoever made this little guy.  Making the best of a snowy situation.

Teeny-weeny

Today I got out of work early enough to enjoy a short trip to Minnehaha Falls on my way home.  It was sunny and relatively warm at 21°F. 

I spent about 45 minutes walking around and taking photos of the frozen falls and anything else that caught my eye.

As I was walking back to my truck to leave, I saw this tiny snowman on top of a snow pile by the parking lot.  I had to bend over sideways to get a picture of him with the setting sun as a backdrop.
